Charles Dickens, a wonderfully inventive comic artist, won his first literary fame with The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club. Published in serial form, the monthly installments of the Pickwick Papers described the humorous adventures and misadventures of a group of slightly eccentric characters. It is Charles Dickens the entertainer, his characteristic reliance upon broad comedy and the great gallery of comic and pleasant characters of the Pickwick Club, as well as their spirit of conviviality, that has inspired Pickwick & Frolic. This amazing 27,000 square foot multi-dimensional facility, is located at 2035 East 4th Street in the heart of Cleveland's Historic Gateway Neighborhood. While several forms of entertainment are offered throughout the facility, Pickwick is first and foremost a great restaurant.

Our 185 seat restaurant features American Rustic Cuisine made from scratch with the freshest and finest ingredients. Pickwick is a casual, affordable, restaurant offering abundant and lavish portions at reasonable prices. The focal point of the open kitchen is a Woodstone Hearth oven and two wood fired rotisserie char-broilers. Pickwick creates a dining experience unsurpassed anywhere in Cleveland. We are proud to feature tantalizing wood-fired entrees fresh off the grills and rotisseries; plentiful appetizers meant for sharing and sampling; unique and eye-appealing presentations; an interactive, fun atmosphere with showmanship in mind; and the very best quality of food, service and comfort available.
