The Cast

PINCH & SQUEAL is Cleveland’s neo-vaudeville super duo that bring you whimsical hilarity, clichéd sentimentality, knee-jerk patriotism, and old-wheeze jokes. They are also the creators of WIZBANG! the smallest cabaret circus tent in the entire world! At 65 seats, it hosts variety shows with top cirque and cabaret performers from all over. Pinch and Squeal have played from Brooklyn to Dubuque and have shared the stage with performers such as Puddles Pity Party, Lady GaGa’s trumpet player Brian Newman, Jim Rose and his sideshow, NYC star Murray Hill, Burlesque legend Satan’s Angel, Bindlestiff Family Circus, and the World Famous Pontani Sisters. Pinch and Squeal have also provided entertainment for companies and venues such as; New Belgium Brewery, Quicken Loans Arena, MOCA, and Cleveland Museum of Art. DAVID ANTHONY is a native of Cleveland, Ohio who started his love of magic when he was five years old and his uncle got him a magic kit. He shared his love as a performer for the first time when he was twelve years old. David worked vigorously on his show with the help of Rodney Whitlock, the owner of a local magic shop. He attended his first magic convention when he was fifteen years old. Since then he has won competitions with his award-winning act, “A Tale of Serendipity” including 3rd place in the 2008 International Battle of Magicians, 1st place at the Magi-Fest in 2009, and 1st place at the International Brotherhood of Magicians in 2009 where he also won the prestigious Fantasma Award. David has entertained thousands throughout the USA. His classy style mixed with modern magic brings his elegant magic to life.

ROSITA IVAKOFF is an international star and local performer. She is Russia’s most famous Spainard and has been featured as one of Instagram’s #mostbeautifulwomen. She is excited to be part of Pickwick and Frolic and this most fun show following in the footsteps of her cousin Dot King who recently performed in most glamorous Vegas Burlesque on same stage.

ANGELINA ROSE started her journey into the arts at age 3 with ballet classes and expanded into pointe, modern, and hip hop. She studied all facets of the performing world including dancing and acting at The School for Creative and Performing Arts. Sadly a knee injury brought dancing to a halt and for almost 5 years Angelina thought her dreams would never happen. Then in 2012 she saw a girl dancing with a hoop at a show and it changed her life. Since then Angelina has worked her way up to becoming a full-time Hoop performer from Festivals to The Wizbang Circus to private/corporate events as well as teaching hooping at dance studios and becoming sponsored by I Heart Raves and The Spinsterz. Angel has been a pioneer in hoop performance and has become a positive and well regarded creative force in the flow community putting every second of every day into spreading her own passionate unique combination of dance and light painting throughout the United States and beyond.

KEITH CAVEY (Sweet Keith) has been playing piano for over 29 years in theatre pit bands, rock bands and orchestras. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps as a piano player and played across the globe as a member of the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Band located in 29 Palms, California, and the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band in Okinawa, Japan. Highlights during his tour include achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant, playing in the Budokan in Tokyo, and playing for former president Ronald Reagan’s funeral in California. Currently Keith works as a Registered Nurse with specialties in critical care and psychiatry.

MICHAEL ROGALINER (Director) and JOHN DiSANTO (Music Director) have created and produced original shows for Pickwick & Frolic for over 14 years including the Murder Mystery Party #KillBridezilla and The Hump Day Show @ Hilarities both currently playing. Their original Murder Mystery Comedies include Stage Struck, The Red Carpet Murders, Cruise Ship Killer, Psych Ward Whacker, Murder at the Oasis, Toga Party Terror, Bachelorettes Gone Homicidal and The All-Girl Prison Murder. Their Pickwick cabarets include multi-year runs of Burlesque, Cabaret Rock, Toga!, The Stylettes and The Midnight Martini Show. They also staged the hit run of the Off-Broadway musical Forever Plaid in the Frolic Cabaret. John is a theatre and church music director and composer whose primary instruments include pipe organ and harp. Michael has an MFA in theatre directing from Syracuse University and has directed plays and musicals throughout NE Ohio and Central New York including such favorites as Nunsense, Pippin, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar & Anything Goes.
