Where can I park?
4th Street Valet. We validate with the Fourth Street Valet called CTown Parking. With our validation sticker, parking is $8.00. The guest would pay the asking price, get a sticker from the main bar while they are in Pickwick, and present the valet ticket and sticker to the valet attendant when they arrive back to their car. They will then be given a refund back to $8.00.

What is the difference between General and VIP tickets?
VIP tickets guarantee seating in the first six rows from the stage and may include other perks depending on the act. General Admission seating is behind VIP and is on a first-come basis.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets from our website Click Here 24 hours a day or through our box office at 216-736-4242 during box office hours.
DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR 3RD PARTY, even if you have used them before. Usually, these 3rd parties are price-gouging & we cannot guarantee that tickets purchased anywhere else are valid or will allow you entry when scanned into the show. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Hilarities. For more info, Click Here.
Is there an age restriction on your shows?
Typically our shows are 21+. Occasionally we do permit younger guests for specific shows, which would be listed in the show description.
Do you have vegan or gluten free options?
Yes, we do! To see our menus Click Here.
Will the box office be open during seating?
Yes. The box office is open until 30 minutes after the start of the last show that night.

On the street level around the Pickwick Main Bar to the left.
Are there any good hotels nearby?
Plenty! Ask google, but the Hyatt Regency is beautiful & right across the street.
Is there a dress code?
Business Casual.
What is the difference between each type of ticket?
Every show is different, but typically we sell multiple tiers of tickets. They are generally listed in the show description. Occasionally we sell VIP tickets that may or may not include something more than just the show itself, which will be listed in the show description. Loge tickets are on the upper level.
How does seating work?
Typically shows are 1st come, 1st seated within the section that was purchased, so we encourage you to arrive when doors open so you have seating options.
Can you accommodate large groups in the showroom/can you pay to hold space for large parties?
We don’t have any single tables of large size, so please arrive early and as a group so you can be seated as closely together as possible. If you have a group larger than 20 we encourage you to contact our events coordinator here.
Can I arrive when the doors open and hold seats for the 3, 8, or 19 other other people that are still coming?
No. As shows are 1st come, 1st seated, we cannot hold seats for anyone that has yet to arrive.
Are you handicapped accessible in showroom and in dining room?
Yes. There is ramp access to the restaurant as well as the showroom. We do have an elevator available and several handicapped ramps and stalls. Please arrive as close to when the showroom doors open to ensure you are seated comfortably, and let the box office know of any specific need you may have after you purchase tickets.
