ANTHONY COVATTA is part of the next generation of independent artists from Cleveland. His mix of soul, pop, rock and dance incorporates many facets of Cleveland’s unique sound. He has released several singles including the internationally praised dance single “Here Without You.” Anthony had the privilege of featuring on his first Christmas Album “Christmas Memories” which was produced by Eddie Tomecko and benefits Akron General Hospital with The Good Intentions Foundation. His musical theatre credits include such highlights as Danny in Grease and Collins in Rent.
DAMIAN HENRI has been performing on stage for over 35 years as an actor, musician, and emcee. Damian graduated from Carnegie Mellon University where he studied architecture, physics, jazz, and choral performance. An architect by profession, he has lectured nationally on the topic of designing learning environments for higher education. He also competed on Jeopardy! where he became a two-day champion. Damian enjoys a wide variety of outdoor sports, but you’re most likely to find him playing soccer. Many thanks to his fantastic wife and three hilarious boys.
JOSHUA JESTY (Guitar) is a non-award winning multi-instrumentalist/producer/engineer based out of Cleveland Ohio. He has released over 30 records on his record label “old greedy men records” with the most recent one called “last years marvels”(on spotify now). He dances salsa, performs at comedy open mics from time to time, and lives in a house with his treat addicted cat Pyewhacket and his meditative rabbit Inle’. He wants to give a big shout out to his Boo cause he loves her lots.
ADRIENNE KROL is so pleased to be returning to Pickwick & Frolic after a restorative five month retirement. She has been performing at Pickwick & Frolic since 2014 and is so grateful to everyone here for welcoming her back. Some roles include Joyce Ann in Bachelorettes Gone Homicidal, Kimi in Kimi’s Las Vegas Bachelorette Party Burlesque! and, most recently, Katie Shame in High School Reunion Homicide. Love to Michael, John, and her family for their patience.
DREW ROTHMAN (Drums/Vocals) has been performing in Pickwick and Frolic Cabaret productions since 2012, and has been involved in Cleveland’s music and theatre scene since Childhood. A native East-sider, he has performed as an actor, singer, or musician at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, Cleveland Public Theatre, Weathervane, Kennedy’s in Playhouse Square, Shooters, Beachland Ballroom, Grog Shop, and numerous other venues. @arothmanmusic / arothm.com
ELLIOTT ST. CYR is a classically trained vocalist, born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. They are a founding member of Aftershock Burlesque and hold the 2017 and 2018 Pennsylvania Burlypicks Master of Singing titles. Their recent local roles include Morgan (The Temptress) in Godspell, Sally Brown in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (both Strongsville Community Theatre), and Isabella Sorrel in the world premiere of JC Cifranic’s Sexual Politics at the Liminis Theatre. Elliott is a casual crocheter, full time cat person and often spends spare time volunteering at Cleveland Public Theatre. They wish to thank YOU and hope you’ll continue to support local art!
JESSICA STEWART (Keyboards) is a formidable piano player and musician with over 15 years of experience. A Cleveland, Ohio native, Jessica has studied at Berklee College of Music as well as top conservatories. Classical to jazz, rock to Broadway, a concert grand to synth waves, Jess has been performing worldwide. She has showcased her diversity in all styles and genres featured as a soloist, an accompanist and a member of many unique ensembles. Jess is an active musician who has notable credits for countless musical and cabaret performances at premier clubs, theatres and venues in NYC and CLE.
MICHAEL ROGALINER (Writer/Director/Producer) and JOHN DiSANTO (Music Director) have created and produced original shows for Pickwick & Frolic for over 17 years. Their original Murder Mystery Comedies include Stage Struck, The Red Carpet Murders, Cruise Ship Killer, Psych Ward Whacker, Murder at the Oasis, Toga Party Terror, Bachelorettes Gone Homicidal, The All-Girl Prison Murder, #KillBridezilla, Beauty Queen Killer, High School Reunion Homicide and Serial Bachelorette Killer. Their Pickwick cabarets include various versions of Burlesque, Cabaret Rock, The Stylettes, Forever Plaid, The Midnight Martini Show and The Delusional Divas of Drag in the Frolic Cabaret as well as The Hump Day Show and Toga! in Hilarities East 4th Street Theatre and now Toga Party on E. 4th Street! for the Frolic Cabaret. John is a theatre and former church music director whose primary instruments include pipe organ and harp. He also teaches the art of hand-dipping chocolates at the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute. Michael has an MFA in theatre directing from Syracuse University and has directed plays and musicals throughout NE Ohio and Central New York.
