This is just a note to let you know what we’re doing for current ticketholders of all of our upcoming shows in the event of a rescheduled or canceled date. Obviously there is a huge amount of uncertainty regarding what will be happening over the coming weeks and months so we wanted to keep you informed.
We have already had to move/cancel multiple performances and there will certainly be more to come. Unfortunately, as we have no timeline for this situation, we do not currently know how many shows/performances we will have to reschedule. REST ASSURED, IF YOU HAVE TICKETS TO ANY SHOW THAT GETS CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS WE HAVE THE DETAILS TO PROVIDE YOU. Until then please be patient with us, as we don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow, let alone what will be happening in May.
If a performance is rescheduled, you will be notified and will keep your same tickets for the new date by default. If you cannot make the new date, please contact our box office staff, so they can credit you. If we cancel a date with no new date scheduled, we will credit your card immediately.
