Yes. Just provide your ID or the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets on the way in. We do not allow print at home tickets to avoid 3rd party ticket sellers.
Reservations are not required but highly suggested. Please allow yourself about 1.5 hours before showtime to enjoy dinner.
Our preferred parking option is the Public Square Garage, located nearby, which offers convenient self parking for $12. This is often the easiest and most economical option for our guests.
We also still validate with the 4th Street Valet, operated by CTown Parking. Current valet rates are $12 (cash) and $14 (credit). Guests should pay the posted rate upon arrival at valet, pick up a validation sticker from the main bar while visiting Pickwick & Frolic, and present both the valet ticket and sticker to the valet attendant when returning to their car. A refund will then be issued so the total cost is $12/$14.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges
In the event of a cancellation we will reach out to patrons via email first, and secondarily using a correct contact number to find out what they would like to do with their tickets.
Premium tickets guarantee seating in the first 6 rows from the stage and may include other perks depending on the act. General Admission seating is behind Premium and is sat on a first come basis
You can purchase tickets from our website Hilarities.com 24 hours a day or through our box office at 216-736-4242 during box office hours. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR 3RD PARTY even if you have used them before. Usually these 3rd parties are price-gouging & we cannot guarantee that tickets purchased anywhere else are valid or will allow you entry when scanned into the show. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be cancelled at the discretion of Hilarities. Buy tickets at Hilarities.com.
Typically our shows are 21+. Occasionally we do permit younger guests for specific shows, which would be listed in the show description.

Yes. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. Medium to small-sized purses are allowed.
Every show is different, but typically we sell multiple tiers of tickets. They are generally listed in the show description. Occasionally we sell Premium tickets that may or may not include something more than just the show itself which will be listed in the show description. Loge tickets are on the upper level.
Typically shows are 1st come, 1st seated within the section that was purchased, so we encourage you to arrive when doors open so you have seating options. We cannot hold seats for anyone that has yet to arrive
We don't have any single tables of large size, so please arrive early and as a group so you can be seated as closely together as possible. If you have a group larger than 20 we encourage you to contact our events coordinator here
Yes. There is ramp access to the restaurant as well as the showroom. We do have an elevator available and several handicap ramps and stalls. Please arrive as close to when the showroom doors open to ensure you are seated comfortably and let the box office know of any specific need you may have after you purchase tickets.

No. You don't have the performer's or our permission.
No. Please stay off your phone completely. Not only is the light distracting to other guests, but it's insulting to the performers for the audience to be on their phones during their sets. You're more than welcome to step out toward the restrooms at any point during the show to take care of whatever you need to. The show is better for everyone when the entire audience is engaged & paying attention!
