  • Pickwick The Restaurant is located on E. 4th Street in between Prospect & Euclid Avenue.
  • We are easily accessible by public transportation! Visit Downtown Cleveland Alliance Parking page for schedules and more information.
  • Taking an Uber or Lyft? Enter Pickwick The Restaurant or Hilarities 4th Street Theatre as your destination.
  • Driving to the venue? Parking is available at the 4th Street Valet. We validate with Valet called CTown Parking. With our validation sticker, parking is $8.00. The guest would pay the asking price, get a sticker from the main bar while they are in Pickwick The Restaurant, and present the valet ticket and sticker to the valet attendant when they arrive back to their car. They will then be given a refund back to $8.00

SEE A COMEDY SHOW AT HILARITIES 4TH STREET THEATRE:

  • If you prefer to dine during the show in the Hilarities Showroom, you can view the Hilarties MENU HERE. *Make sure you select the Hilarities menu from the top left area on the menu page*. Hilarities menu offerings are not the same as our Pickwick The Restaurant options due to time constraints.
  • Our servers will be happy to provide you with any of our delicious food, homespun cocktails, and frosty brews. Please Note: There is a two-item minimum required per person while you are seated in the showroom. Food and drink purchased at our restaurant, bar or lounge before the show do not count towards this minimum.

PICKING UP TICKETS

  • Tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 1 hour before matinees and 2 hours before showtime for all other shows. In order to claim tickets, the ticket holder must present the email confirmation or a picture ID. FIRST and LAST name on the tickets must match the form of ID.
  • All tickets are subject to expire at showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than the show start time, please call the box office at 216.736.4242 to let us know.
  • If you need to change the name on your tickets, please contact the box office via phone at 216.736.4242 or email us no later than 24 hours before showtime.
  • LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

SEATING

  • Seating will begin at least 45 minutes before showtime.
  • In order for your party to be seated, you must enter the showroom as a group. We will only seat complete groups.
  • If you've purchased tickets and wish to sit with another group* who purchased tickets separately, please contact our box office (via phone at 216.736.4242) with ALL order numbers no later than 24 hours before showtime.
    *Please Note: We do not guarantee group seating for groups who have purchased separately and have not completed this process. In addition, due to local capacity mandates, some restrictions apply.
